Unity FM 97.7 Lira is a leading community-focused radio station based in Lira City, Northern Uganda, serving listeners across the Lango sub-region. Known as "The People's Radio" and "Radio Alwak", the station has been in operation since May 2001. It offers a diverse programming schedule including local and national news, current affairs, talk shows, community discussions, sports coverage, educational programs, faith-based content, and a wide variety of music. Broadcasting primarily in English and Luo (Lango).
